Park Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Assistant/Technician (FT) Near Provo, UT
We are seeking to add a full-time, experienced veterinary technician to our busy, small animal facility in Provo. Desired technician skills to include restraint, venipuncture, anesthesia & surgical prep, dentistry, digital x-ray & positioning and lab procedures. Ideal candidates would be self-motivated, good team players, possess a great work ethic with excellent communication skills. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is mandatory. Special consideration is given to RVTs, CVTs and LVTs.
Duties include:
- Animal restraint.
- Giving vaccinations.
- Communicating well with clients.
- Hard worker.
- Multitasking skills.
- Being able to work in a high-stress environment.
- Previous experience with animals is preferred.
